SANDRA L. MILLER, ESQ.

     Born in Long Beach and reared in Lakewood, California, Sandra attended the University of Southern California on a full-tuition scholarship awarded for academic excellence.  In 1968, she was elected to the Signal Hill City Council for a four year term, making her, at that time, the youngest woman ever elected in California to local public office.  She was awarded a Juris Doctorate with Distinction from Pacific Coast University and admitted to the California State Bar in 1977.

     She has served two terms on the Board of Governors of the Long Beach Bar Association and is the former chair of the Family Law Section of such organization.  She is the former President of the Long Beach Women Lawyers, and served on the Board of Directors of the Legal Aid Foundation of Long Beach.  She has frequently sat as a Judge Pro-Tem in the Long Beach Family Law courts.  In 2015, she was named Lawyer of the Year by the Long Beach Bar Association.

ETHAN MILLER-BAZEMORE, ESQ.

     Born in Huntington Beach, Ethan attended Marina High School where he was inducted into the Athletic Program's Hall of Fame - Soccer '92.  He went on to Sonoma State University where he captained the nationally ranked soccer team to 3 conference titles and was named conference MVP his senior year.  He was on the Dean's List as well as being a 3 time member of the conference's all-academic team.  Shortly after graduation, Sonoma State University named him the 1996 University Athlete of the Year.  In 2016, Ethan was inducted into the Sonoma State University Sports Hall of Fame.

     In 1998, Ethan served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Deborah A. Andrews and the Honorable James L. Wright in the Long Beach Courts.  In 2008, he was elected as the youngest ever President of the Long Beach Bar Association.  He has also served two separate terms on the Board of Governors of the Long Beach Bar Association, and was its Vice-President, Secretary, and Treasurer.  Ethan also served on the Board of the Long Beach Grand Cru, and was a 11 year member of the prestigious Ball/Hunt Inn of Court.
